The goal
What we found
You have 152 five-star Google reviews, real. Your two suburb pages tell visitors you have 60.
What it costs: /mundaring is the one page ranking for a cold search, position 9 for "electrician mundaring", 200 searches a month at zero keyword difficulty. That exact page undersells you by 61 per cent to the exact stranger you're trying to win.
The fix: Update the number in all four places, or better, put in a live widget so it can never go stale again.
The biggest button on both suburb pages doesn't book anything, it sends people back to the homepage
What it costs: The most motivated visitor on your site, someone who clicked your biggest button, gets sent back to square one instead of a form.
The fix: Make that button open a real form on the page it's already on. Fix or remove "Book Online" from the navigation.
There's no page for Kalamunda, the suburb the whole business is named after
What it costs: The one suburb your entire brand is built around has no page at all.
The fix: Build /kalamunda, using the same template that's already getting /mundaring to position 9.
You're running the same website on two different domains, and the contact email on your live site depends on the one you're supposed to retire
What it costs: The two sites run two separate lead-capture systems, a form on the primary, ServiceM8 on the second, which means there's no single record of where a lead actually came from. The mailbox lock is why the duplication has survived this long.
The fix: Move the mailbox to the primary domain first, then 301 the old one across.
The maths
One fix, done for you
Who we've helped: We recently helped Daniel from Nexus Electrical Co, a Perth electrician, with his Meta ad content and website landing pages. Real result: 16 leads at $41.57 cost per lead in his first campaign month.
Before you go
How did you find this without talking to us?
Everything in this audit came from public data: your website, your Google listing, and public ad libraries. Nothing came from inside your business, and if anything here is wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.
Does this cost anything?
No. This audit is free, and there's no obligation to work with us afterwards either way.
What actually happens if I get in touch?
A quick, no-pressure chat about what we found and whether it's worth fixing. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings.
Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.
I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.
If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.
If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.
Thanks,
Chris
